In 2013, three co-founders with more than 20 years’ expertise in finance, sales, and the legal aspects of business came together to form Cloudely. Founded on the vision of helping companies through the process of digital transformation—especially cloud transformation in sales, marketing, and Legal domain —Cloudely thrived successfully.
As the changing IT landscape rapidly drives enterprise systems to the cloud, security and privacy compliance is becoming more important than ever. As we worked more closely with customers and began to understand their needs, we saw a common problem: solving for privacy & security enterprise compliance –Operationalizing compliance there by reducing time to comply.
We created a separate entity to provide compliance products focused on helping customers mitigate risk while building trust with their customers and improving their brand reputation.
Infocomply released its first software platform addressing GDPR regulations in 2018. Now including LGPD, CCPA and ISO27001, we continually update our products on a scalable platform to extend to all new and upcoming regulations.
With the implementation of the GDPR, LGPD, CCPA and a plethora of yet to be defined information privacy acts, keeping up with personal data privacy laws and regulations is increasingly difficult. The days of phone numbers on a Rolodex and file drawers full of consent forms is long gone, while computers make it easy to find information on anyone in just a few clicks.
